The West Town Bakery's signature brownie is a symphony of chocolate decadence. With its luxuriously fudgy texture, rather than the typical cake-like consistency, it boasts a rich, dense core. This is due to the incorporation of premium chocolate pieces that are mixed by hand.
The classic West Town Bakery fudge brownie has been a staple of our locations since we opened our doors in 2011. When we sought to create the cannabis-infused version of our special brownie, we wanted to stay true to the flavor and texture of our classic version, so we decided atomize the THC, rather than create an infused butter or oil. From day one during development, we swore that we only move forward with a boxed brownie mix if it was as good as what we serve in our stores. It is.

We also wanted to make sure that we had a specific amount of THC in each brownie, that would be evenly incorporated, with fast-acting THC. After serving these in the bakery for years and watching them get devoured at some of our other restaurants in brownie sundaes, we wanted to make sure that people could indulge with more than one brownie without the risk of getting too "baked".
West Town Bakery's Cannabis Infused Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
1 Chocolate Mix Packet
1 Flour & Chocolate Mix Packet
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat to 350°F
Spray or grease the included foil pan.
Melt the butter and the Chocolate Mix Packet in a microwave safe bowl at medium power.
Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
Add the Flour & Chocolate Mix Packet to the mix and blend until well mixed.
Pour the mix into the greased foil pan.
Bake in the pre-heated oven on the middle rack for 45-55 minutes until you can insert a toothpick in the center that comes out clean.
Remove the brownies from the oven. Resist the urge to touch them and let them cook for 30 minutes. After cooling, then cut the brownies into the desired portion size. If you cut the pan into 12 brownies, each brownie will have 4.1mg of THC.
